FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS:

Because of the nature of digital products, digital products cannot be returned or refunded.

FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCTS:

All of our physical products are made to order. Therefore, please keep the time frames in mind when ordering. Also, note that some packages may ship separately but a tracking number will still be provided to the email address on file. Please double check that your billing, shipping, and cart information is correct. We are unable to make any changes once an order is submitted.

Returns/Replacements

Because all items are made to order, we only replace items if they are defective. If you need an item replaced, send us an email at info@Ninaclaradesigns.com or message us on the website chat button. Please include a statement of the defect, pictures and proof of purchase.  All items will be returned with the same exact item that was originally purchased. No exceptions. Additional information is available below under Exchanges.

To be eligible for a return/replace of a defective item, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase from Nina Clara Designs. Once we receive the item, it may take up to four weeks to process return/exchange due to shipping delays and the time it takes to create a new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
